Xhale City started the year with a tremendous leap back into the scene, attending the Glass Vegas and Champs conferences. These would allow our company to find new and exciting products for our customers! Setting out to find the best and highest-quality products, our team returned with some of the sweetest glass possible for our local glass enthusiasts.
In March we reached new heights stepping out of Georgia and into Mississippi and Louisiana. This was our first foot outside of our home state and into bringing an amazing selection at even better prices for our out-of-state customers. Stores were placed in Houma, Monroe, and Hammond for Louisiana, while stores in Hattiesburg were added to our Mississippi location list!
We conducted market research to build a useful yet pleasant experience in the online space, to spread our customer base nationwide! After tweaking, rebranding, and finalizing the domain we reached new heights adding more and more to give our customers out-of-state as well as in-state the same deals you know and love no matter where you live. As we are making great strides in perfecting the whole process, from warehouse to front door, we hope to continue improving and expanding, consistently adding new products and content for users to enjoy!
In April we set off the chart numbers for store sales in both old and new locations alike with our annual 4/20 sale! This BOGO event brought out so many new and returning customers to their neighborhood Xhale City. We featured local DJs and entertainment for all walks of life, allowing everyone to have some fun!
After the 4/20 sale, Xhale City sponsored the Sweetwater Music Festival. Showing up and showing out for the community, selling festival essentials to enjoy the experience to the fullest. Walking the grounds, you could see the Xhale City tent staffed with our awesome employees and managers from your favorite shops. We handed out over 1,000+ Hhemp x Xhale City collab pre-rolls to the amazing festival goers.
The Xhale City marketing team took steps toward furthering othersโ knowledge of an interesting and exciting field, the art of Heady Glass. This included meeting wonderful and talented artists like Banjo and Bubbles the Butcher, and attending the heady seminar run by both artists and others in the same field. Our documentary on YouTube โFrom Sands to Bandsโ reached new levels of creativity showcasing the passion and dedication behind the high-quality pieces seen in stores. This documentary sheds light on an undiscovered section of the art market and shows the time and care that all the pieces have attached to them, creating a story within each glass sculpture.
In July we saw the return of our 7/10 sale, a day full of deals and good times. We handed out over 3,000 swag bags to our loyal customers, with T-shirts, stickers, lanyards and so much more! The giveaway went off with huge success pulling a record number of entries.
We picked up a booth and parade slot for the Atlanta Pride Parade to celebrate our community. Celebrating the tremendous strides made in the LGBTQIA+ community. We as a company were excited to share in the experience with the customer base in attendance.
To end this impressive year, we held our annual Holidaze sale! Closing out 2022 with such success lays the foundation for a fantastic start to 2023. Keeping up to date with products as well as receiving new and better inventory for the foreseeable future, we can guarantee 2023 will be better than last year!
Be prepared for the exciting future with new products, bigger and better sales, as well as fun new events that we will attend. Thank you to everyone who made this year an amazing one, we at Xhale City cannot wait to see how 2023 pans out.
